Ma Yi Standing secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee get promot ed to be the secretary of Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee

Ma Yi， 57 year old with Hui na- tionality background（born in April 1959）， whose career never left Henan province. He had served as secretary of Luoyang municipal group， and then served as the Luoyang municipal Party committee propaganda minister， deputy secretary of the discipline committee， etc..

He was third one to assume the office of the provincial capital citys municipal Party committee secretary position.
