高考英语书面有达中咨询信的写法

咨询信也属于应用文的一种，正文通常包括以下三个要点：（1）阐明写信目的； （2）咨询详情；（3）表达谢意，期盼回复。分析多年高考英语作文真题发现，2005年与2014年高考全国卷真题中以咨询信的完整体形式命题，其他省市的高考真题则把咨询这一内容作为写作其中的一个要点进行考查。

一、常用套语

1. 写信目的

（1）I am writing to ask for information about how to be a volunteer for the Asian Winter Games. 我写信来是为了咨询如何成为亚洲冬季运动会志愿者。

（2）I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding /concerning /on how to learn Chinese well. 我写信来是为了想知道您是否可以给我提供一些关于如何才能学好中文的信息。

（3）I am writing to you for further information about the English training. 我写信来是为了进一步了解英语培训。

（4）Im writing for more information about how to better learning habits. 我写信来是为了进一步获取有关改善学习习惯的信息。

（5）I am writing in response to your advertisement. 我写这封信是为了回复、回应你们的广告。

2. 咨询详情

（1）Could you please tell me something about how to be a volunteer for the Asian Winter Games？您能向我介绍一下如何成为亚洲冬季运动会志愿者吗？

（2）I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me something about the rebuilt Qianmen Street in Beijing. 如果您能告诉我有关改建后北京前门大街的情况，我将感激不尽。

（3）I wonder if /whether you could tell me something about English speech contest to be held in our school on June 1st. 我想要知道您是否可以告诉我一些有关我们学校将在6月1日举行的英语演讲比赛的情况。

（4）I would like to know if /whether you could tell me something about summer courses. 我想要知道您是否可以告诉我暑期课程的情况？

3. 表达谢意，期盼回复

（1）I would be grateful to receive a prompt reply.

（2）Id appreciate it very much if you could give me a reply.

（3）I am looking forward to your early reply.

（4）I will greatly appreciate a response from you at your earliest convenience.

二、高考题

1.（2015北京）假设你是红星中学高三学生李华，请给你的美国朋友Jim写一封邮件，告诉他你打算参加龙舟训练营，希望他一起参加。邮件的内容包括：询问对方的意向。[第三个要点]

参考范文：I wonder if/whether you are interested in joining the Dragon Boat Training Camp. I will offer you more information about it if you prefer to join it.

2.（2015天津）假设你是晨光中学学生会主席李津，你校拟向美国友好交流学校的中文班捐赠一批图书。请根据以下提示，写一封邮件与中文班班长Chris联系，并告知将于今年七月赴对方学校参加夏令营时带去赠书。[第三个要点] 询问对方的其他需求。

参考范文：I wonder if/whether you should need any other things. Please do not hesitate to tell us.

3.（2013 全国大纲卷、新课标 I ）假定你是李华。请你给笔友Peter写封信，告诉他你叔叔李明将去他所在城市开会，带去他想要的那幅中国画，同时询问他是否可以接机。信中还需说明：李明：高个子，戴眼镜航班号：CA985 到达：8月6日上午11：30

参考范文：I would be grateful if its so kind of you to meet my uncle at the airport and take him to his hotel since this is his first visit to the US？

4.（2014 全国卷 I）假定你是李华，计划暑假间去英国学习英语，为期六周。下面的广告引起了你的注意，请给该校写封信，询问有关情况（箭头所指内容）

2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

3. 参考词汇：住宿-accommodation

I would be beneficial to have someone of a similar age living with me. Also I tend to know if they have any special customs. Lastly， I wonder what is included within the fees in the ad， and whether it should be paid monthly or weekly.
