“交直流特高压输电系统电磁与绝缘特性的基础问题研究”进展报告

摘 要：本报告对研究目前两年的完成情况进行了总结，回顾了科研资源的落实情况，介绍了研究工作的主要进展和计划任务的完成情况，提出了目前存在的问题和建议。

Abstract：In this report the progress in the first two years are summarized， the implementation of research resources is reviewed， the progress of the research work and the completion of the scheduled tasks are introduced， the expenditure items and the intellectual output cases were presented， eventually， questions and suggestions that currently exist are put forward at present.
