Research on the test technology for low voltage power supply line loss in oil well

Based on the present situation and problems of the loss monitoring technology of the low voltage power supply line for oil wells in Gudong production unit of Shengli Oilfield,presented has been the research on loss measurement technology for low voltage power supply line in this paper.The main research contents are introduced such as key technologies,energy-saving monitoring,field test and application effect.The practice proves that the technology has highly accurate,advanced technology,strong operability,and can meet the requirements of the energy-saving monitoring technology in the low voltage power supply line,and has good popularization and application value.

Analysis on low temperature gathering&transportation technology in Daqing Sazhong oilfield

Abstract:In order to develop low temperature and normal temperature gathering&transportation process,reduce the natural gas consumption and find the low temperature gathering&transportation method,the low temperature and normal temperature mixing gathering&transportation process has been adopted in multi-period,the pipeline gathering&transportation process,frequency converter matching for water-blending pump and dosing demulsification method have been improved.The low temperature and normal temperature gathering&transportation process has been used for 6 months.8.2×104m3/d natural gas has been saved,total 2 992.4×104m3natural gas has been saved.

Analysis of influencing factors on energy-consumption for intermittent pumping well

Abstract:In order to produce different solutions for intermittent pumping wells with different fluid production and different pumping capacity,we need to develop a reasonable intermittent pumping system,so we make an analysis of influencing factors on energy-consumption for intermittent pumping wells.The changing rule of electricity-consumption for oil well can be obtained by moni-I
toring the oil production and energy-consumption changing with the annulus dynamic fluid level,submergence depth,intermittent pumping time and the start-stop change times.After analyzing,we believe that the fluid level has little effect on electricity-consumption of intermittent pumping wells,and electricity-saving depends critically on downtime.In order to have less affect on the amount of fluid and save more power,we need to choose larger parameters operation and take more start-stop times.The study provides basics for comparison and optimization of intermittent pumping.

Abstract:With the extension of oilfield exploitation time,the flowing capacity of oil well is changing constantly,if the relative production performances do not be adjusted in time,the production of oil well can not be conducted under the most reasonable production status.An oil well optimizing and diagnosis system must be established,an information net work platform should be set up in order that the manager at all levels can always know about the dynamic information of oil well production.Based on the dynamic information of oil well production,analyzed has been the production of oil well,identified has been the production status of oil well,and the improving operation of oil well has been guided.Thus,it can ensure that the oil well production is under the best production status,can reduce the inefficiency cost and can increase the oil well production and economies of scale.

Application of balance adjusting technology for pumping unit in Putaohua oilfield

Abstract:The adjusting balance for oil pumping unit is a basic work in mechanical oil recovery management.There are mainly three kinds of balance adjusting technology used in Putaohua oilfield such as respectively current method、torque method and the power method.Through evaluating the characteristics and the application effect of balance adjustment technology,it is found that the counterweight displacement is the more accurate by using power method calculating.The power method is better for power-saving,so it is suited to apply in oilfield.

Energy-saving practice of pressure-reducing and injecting-increasing on multi-hydracid acidizing technology

Abstract:According to high injection pressure and low water flooding amount in south Jizhong C oilfield,on the basis of careful analysis about reservoir characteristics and blockage reason,the multi-hydracid acidizing technology with high dissolution rate,long effective action distance and no secondary precipitation has been used for acidizing plugging removal in 8 injection wells.The water injection pressure has been reduced by an average of 3.4 MPa,the water flooding amount IIhas been increased by 316 m3/d,the system efficiency can be increased from 52.1%to 54.3%,3. 6×104kWh electricity has been saved cumulatively.The technology has a better pressure-reducing&injecting-increasing and a good promotion and application value.

Application of fine filtration technology in Nanya natural gas cryogenic plant

Abstract:There is serious pulverization of molecular sieve in Nanya natural gas cryogenic plant,its feeding gas will pass through the follow-up heat-exchanging equipment with lots of dust.The high differential pressure of the original sintered metal filter in main pipelines and the low filtration accuracy of by-pass screen filter cause an increasing differential pressure in follow-up cold boxes,which influence seriously the safe&smooth operation of the plant and heat exchanging efficiency of heat exchangers.Therefor,a new fine filtration equipment suitable for outlet of molecular sieve tank has been developed.The results show that it can prevent follow-up cold boxes from blocking,reduce pressure loss of feeding gas,improve the heat exchanging efficiency of cold boxes,increase natural gas liquids product and cut down comprehensive energy consumption of unit product.

Application of 5 energy-saving technologies in oil pumping well

Abstract:Without decreasing oil production,in order to reduce workers labor intensity,improve the efficiency of oil pump unit,reduce the developing cost and increase the economic benefits,5 energy-saving technologies for oil pumping unit have been applied.The running efficiency of motor can be increased by using variable frequency controller,servo controller and energy-saving motor.The lifting load of oil pumping unit can be reduced and the thermal well-flushing period can be prolonged by using cavitation ejector and electro magnetic paraffin-control process.The increasing economic benefits of single well can be realized.The field application shows that 5 energy-saving technologies for oil pumping unit have better adaptability,the rate of power-saving is more than 13%,the lift load can be reduce effectively,the thermal well-flushing period can be prolonged over one month.The 5 energy-saving technologies can meet the requirements on oilfield energy-saving,reduce the energy-consumption for oil pumping unit and prolong thermal well-flushing period.The energy-saving effects are significant.

Analysis on viscosity loss of polymer reduced by flushing pipeline

Abstract:The low system viscosity and greater viscosity loss has been found in Duanxixi block and Duanxidong block since the polymer was injected.For the viscosity loss of polymer,every node viscosity loss in injection system for two blocks has been investigated.The results show that III
the viscosity loss is larger when the polymer solution is in the single well pipeline of injection well.Based on these results,the viscosity loss can be controlled by flushing pipeline of injection well,and the effects before and after flushing have been compared.After analyzing,the viscosity loss of polymer mother solution can be reduced effectively by using clean water preparing and attenuation.The viscosity loss rate is lower between preparing station and injecting station after clean water preparing and attenuation,the viscosity loss is larger between injecting station and injecting well.According to the test,the reducing viscosity loss method can be obtained.

Analysis and application examples on resonance influence factors for oil pumping rod of screw pump well

Abstract:Pumping rod has its natural frequency,when the vibration frequency of pumping rod equals to its natural frequency,the resonance phenomenon will appear,and the vibration amplitude will enlarge,which will exacerbate the eccentric wear between pumping rod and tubing.In order to mitigate the influence of resonance on eccentric wear between pumping rod and tubing,starting from the analysis on transverse resonance generating condition of pumping rod and the calculation of the resonance frequency from rod diameter and pump depth,the rotation speed of pumping rod can be obtained when the transverse resonance occurs,then it can be used to guide the field production to use reasonable rotation speed,so as to avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon,and then the influence of resonance on the eccentric wear of pumping rod can be prevented.

Abstract:As a main oil recovery equipment,the oil pumping unit has been widely used in oilfield .Under the economic developing circumstances of benefits-centered,it is very important to increase the efficiency of oil recovery system.The pump efficiency of oil pumping well is an important point for affecting the efficiency of oil pumping system.The methods of improving pump efficiency have been summarized by analyzing different impaction factors for pump efficiency of oil pumping unit.The pump efficiency can be increased by matching the parameter reasonably,improving the work status of oil pump and inspecting the oil pump in time.

Collecting device for associated gas from oil-well casing

Abstract:With increasing of natural gas exploration and utilization all over the world,natural gas has been become more and more important in people's life.And 99%of natural gas is transported by pipeline.Once the leakage,combustion,explosion or other accident on the natural gas pipeline occurs,that will be a serious threat to people's life,can cause great economic losses and negative social impact.Based on the safety management practice of long distance gas transportation,aiming at the problems existing in the impact of natural disasters and human activities,pipeline network planning,design,construction to operation,objects occupied pipeline cleaning,the third party construction supervision,and holes for stealing gas examination,the measures and suggestions are given to ensure the safety smooth running of long distance natural gas pipeline.

Analysis on energy-saving benefits for high voltage local reactive power compensation device

Abstract:Both the low and high voltage asynchronous motor and transformer are widely used during oilfield producing.Among oilfield production equipments,there exists a great amount of low and high voltage asynchronous motors(including high-voltage asynchronous motor)and transformers,whose load is inductive load and need to absorb lots of reactive power.To transmit inactive powers,lots of active powers will be needed,which will increase the loss for power transmission and distribution lines.The oil company has made local and centralized compensation to the inductive load,such as high voltage asynchronous motor,transformer and so on,in order to respond to the policy of energy conservation and environmental protection and decrease equipment operating costs.The analyzing results show that the energy-saving results are very prominent.

Analysis on energy consumption index and influencing factors foroilfield water-injecting system

Abstract:Water injecting system is a big electricity consumer in all the oilfield production system,it is also the main potential system for oil field power-saving.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the energy-consumption of the water injection system.Efficiency of water injection system and electricity consumption per unit output for water injecting system are often used to evaluate the energy consumption of the water injection system.Through the analysis and comparison of common energy consumption indexes of oil field water injection system,select the applicable energy consumption index.The relationship between factors and index can be obtained by qualitative and quantitative analyzing factors.Conclusion can be used as the basis for analyzing and determine the evaluation index for water injecting system.

Abstract:Since most of domestic oilfields are in late-stage development,in order to improve oil recovery,the water injecting should be needed to maintain the reservoir pressure.However there is no further theoretical study about energy consumption evaluation of water injection system,so it ’s urgent to form an effective evaluation system and provide a reference to choose optimal water injection scheme for the purpose of energy-saving&consumption-reducing.According to the distribution of energy consumption,key indicators which influence energy consumption easily can be selected and the range of evaluation parameters in accordance with industry standards and related documents can be established.Finally,the energy-saving evaluation model for water injecting system can be set up by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the scientific decision basis can be provided for energy consumption analysis of water injecting plan and quantitative assessment.

Abstract:Natural gas has been used commonly to heat the conduction oil for heat exchanging at present,thus lots of energy has been consumed during heating.There is very rich solar in China,especially in Hainan Island.The energy can be saved and the better economic and social benefits can be produced by using trough solar-thermal technology to heat conduction oil.The solarthermal technology is more mature at present.The application of high-temperature solar-thermal technology will be a trend.
