Abstract:In this paper,the literature and patent published in recent years were summarized,and the treatment and transformation of HFCs were analyzed and summarized into two categories:elimination process and resource utilization.The elimination methods were oxidative combustion,plasma method and catalytic hydrolysis.The resource utilization were high temperature cracking into olefins,cocracking method and catalytic dehydrofluorination.Through the detailed introduction of the above two categories with six methods,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and industrial application prospect of different treatment and transformation methods of HFCs,concluded that:HFCs could convert to fluorinated olefin,fluorinated polymer and fluorinated iodine hydrocarbon which had high value-added and friendly environment,which was the significance of resource utilization of HFCs in the future,and the key technical problem of HF catalytic dehydrofluorination was the development of high efficient catalyst.

Microstructure of Latex Particle of Polytetrafluoroethylene Resin in Emulsifier System

Abstract:This paper chose three kinds polymer emulsifier whose sale were the top three in the market to prepare polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)dispersion emulsion by seed emulsion method.The microstructure of seed emulsion was observed by scan electron microscope and the main functional groups of emulsifier was determined through infrared spectrum.Analyzed the relationship between emulsifier system and the latex particle size as well as the morphology.The results showed that the particle size of the emulsion which under the control of emulsifier TO-1 was within the range of 240~270 nm,the particle size distributed uniformed, and the structure without containing benzene ring.It is an environmentally friendly surfactant,and it is a polymer emulsifier with good performance.

Improvement of Stirring Apparatus in a Certain Fluoride Synthesis Kettle

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that mechanical seal of stirring apparatus in a certain fluoride synthesis kettle was easy to leak which caused security threat,the analyzed causes were the particularity of materials in system and the unreasonable seal apparatus structure. Adopted structure of magnetic drive and mechanical seal,and improved the structure of balance tank,changed O-typeseal ring by PTFE coated rubber material.After putting into use,the weaknesses of the kettle during use were eliminated,use cycle of mechanical sea was extended to 12~18 months from original 2~6 months,which realized safety production for a long period of time of the apparatus.

Application of Graphite Condenser in a Certain Fluoride Production

Abstract:The paper introduced the use condition of parallel piping low boiling condenser in a certain fluoride production,which had high failure rate and frequent maintenance,and then analyzed the corrosion problems when using stainless steel and carbon steel low boiling condenser.Adopted the graphite modified polypropylene round piece and hole type graphite condenser to replace the original condenser after optimizing the process performance index,after nearly five years practical use,had better effect and no failure,and life was eleven times of original,which promoted the system′s security and stability production for a long period of time,and cut down the cost of the installation of the crane,artificial,then economic benefit considerable.

Energy-Saving Reconstruct of PTFE Suspension Resin Airflow Drying Process

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the energy consumption was high in the original PTFE suspension resin airflow drying process, made transformation of energy-saving technology:adopted variable frequency control to supply fan and exhaust fan,increased fin heat exchanger,made preheating to fresh dry air using dry tail gas,initial dehydration machine changed from 2 level vibrating screen to vibrating screen with centrifuge,etc.Actual operation results showed that the cost could reduced 859 000 yuan annual by calculation according to the actual drying air volume production was 4 000 m3/h,so the energy-saving effect was remarkable. It obtained good economic benefits,at the same time had certain contribution for environmental protection.

The Equation of State of Nonaqueous Electrolyte Solution

Abstract:This research's object was nonaqueous electrolyte solution with methanol as its solvent.The equation of state which could accurately describe thermodynamic properties of nonaqueous electrolyte solution was constructed.This equation of state contained two adjustable parameters.Without changing those adjustable parameters,it remained a good predicting ability for thermodynamic properties of nonaqueous electrolyte solution with different temperature and molar concentration.Helmholtz free energy in this equation of state was obtained by perturbation theory.The solving process of nonaqueous electrolyte solution′s vapor pressure and solvent activity were also described in detail.

Preparation and Performance Study of a Polyurethane Foam with Low Reaction Heat using in Car Interior

Abstract:Combined with the foaming temperature raising curve,the foam growth height and the gel time to investigate the effect of four kinds powder such as Al2O3,TPU,PE and GP on the high reaction heat inside PU foam system.The results showed that the PE powder was most suitable for use in PU foaming system for cooling effect,could solve the problem of core burning,at the same time had less affect for PU foaming growth process,and also could shorten the gel time.It was mainly due to the phase change energy storage effect of PE,that end other micmelting in the early stage when the system temperature raising,stored energy,whereas in the later stage it produced exothermic effect when the system temperature reducing to crystallization,which was helpful to shorten the curing period of foam.When mass fraction of added PE was 3%,the tensile strength,compression strengthand elongation of PE/PU foam increased 67%,26%and 26%respectively compare to PU foam,and the sound absorption coefficient improved significantly in 1.5~6.0 kHz.

Design on Pilot Plant of Lignin Modified Thermoplastic Phenolic Resin

Abstract:According to the request of the production process of lignin modified thermoplastic phenolic resin product,researched and designed a set of pilot plant of lignin modified thermoplastic phenolic resin,the annual output was 1000 tons.Through monitoring,the softening point of the lignin modified thermoplastic phenolic resin produced by this process,formula and device was 89~90℃,the polymerization speed was 78~95 s,the flowing degree was 72 mm,which completely reached the requirement of moulding compound for lignin in modifing phenol resin,the synthetic resin using lignin after lique faction degradation had good molecular structure and curing performance.

Preparation and Properties Study on nano-CaCO3/AES Composite Material

Abstract:Nano-CaCO3filled with acrylonitrile-EPDM-styrene(AES)graft copolymer composite material was prepared by meltblending extrusion method with chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)and styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)as toughening agent.The effect of nano-CaCO3filling amount and toughening agent species on the mechanical properties and thermal oxidative aging property of nano-CaCO3/AES composite material.The results indicated that the proper amount of nano-CaCO3was added into the AES resin,which could be fully adsorbed and bonded with the AES matrix to improve the mechanical properties of the AES resin.CPE and SBS as toughening agent of CaCO3/AES composite material,CaCO3/AES composite material with 12 percent mass fraction nano-CaCO3were modified by 12 percent mass fraction CPE and SBS to modify the composite material respectively,Compared with the unmodified AES resin,the tensile strength was almost the same,the flexural strength was increased by 10%and the impact strength was increased by 20%.The aging resistance of CPE toughening CaCO3/AES was better than SBS toughening CaCO3/AES.

Study on Flue Gas Desulfurization by High Gravity Technology using Ethylene Diamine/Citric Acid Solution

Abstract:The flue gas desulfurization in high gravity conditions using ethylene diamine/citric acid as absorbent was studied.The effect of rotating speed of high gravity machine,ratio of gas to liquid,temperature of the absorbent,pH value of the absorbent and different type of the packing on the SO2absorption and desorption efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that the suitable absorption process conditions of laboratory scale were confirmed:the speed was 1 000 r/min,the volume flow of absorption liquid was 10 L/h,the volume flow of gas was 0.2 m3/h,the pH value of ethylene diamine/citric acid solution was 7,the packing was steel wire. Under this condition,the absorption efficiency of ethylene diamine/citric acid buffer solution for SO2was above 98%;at the same time this could effectively increase the rate of desorption of SO2,and had good economy.

Abstract:Prepared a transparent and dealcoholization type monocomponent room temperature vulcanized siliconeketone seal rubber, then made analysis and test of the effect of the raw material selection,the preparation methods,and the each component on the performance of the rubber.Results showed that the transparent and dealcoholization type room temperature vulcanized(RTV-1) silicone ketone seal rubber made by multiple alkoxy terminated polysiloxane,plasticizer,hydrophobic vapour phase white carbon black,homemade organic titanium catalyst A,coupling agent A,and dehydration agent,etc had good performance in appearance, storage stability and bond properties,moreover crosslinking agent did not work well in the system.

Relative Molecular Mass of Methyl Vinyl Silicone Rubber and Rapid Determination of Vinyl Content

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages existing in the national and industry standards to determine relative molecular mass of methyl vinyl silicone rubber(raw rubber)and vinyl content,adopted Mooney viscosity meter to determine Mooney viscosity which could thansfer to relative molecular mass,then adopted near infrared spectrometer to determine vinyl content.Results showed that the test precision(RSD)of the two kinds method was less than 3%,so they conformed to the requirements of the test.Compared with the existing industry and national standards,they had advantages such as good data repeatability,no pollution,low test cost and fast determination speed,etc.

Abstract:The characters and applications of medicine intermediate N-((S)-1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenylpropyl)-L-alanine(ECPPA) were briefly introduced.According to the different synthesis methods of key intermediates ECPPA of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)for classification,four methods were briefly introduced and evaluated,including Michael addition,nucleophilic substitution,aldehyde-ammonia condensation and reductive amination.The synthesis method of the intermediates by Michael addition had characters such as simple operation,green environmental protection,mild conditions,and low cost,so it had great value in industrial production.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the components of wasterwater in a chemical wasterwater treatment plant was complex,and there were matters that could make complex reaction or other reaction with color reagent using in determination of ammonia and nitrogen in the wasterwater,so the determination results could not fully reflect the ammonia and nitrogen content in the wastewater.Adopted five kinds methods to contrast the ammonia and nitrogen content detection for inflow wastewater,intermediate wastewater and wastewater which reach the discharged standard.Results showed that inflow wastewater,intermediate wastewater and wastewater which reach the discharged standard could select online detector method,online ammonia sensitive electrode method and online ammonia sensitive electrode method(or salicylic acid method online detector)detector designed by HJ 535─2009 nessler′s reagents spectrophoto meter respectively.

The Feasibility of Measures to Solve the Heat Unbalanced Utilization in Diesel Hydrorefining Unit

Abstract:There had some heat unbalanced utilization problems since the diesel hydrorefining unit put into production,such as high load of feed furnace F-101,shut down of steam generator E-204,high temperature of products out of the device caused by low heat emission of diesel product,putted forward the renovation plan,the atmospheric pressure diesel raw material was transformed to supply directly from atmospheric pressure unit.Actual operation results showed that the the temperature of atmospheric pressure diesel raw material feeding unit raised 20℃could solve series of problems above.Those could ensure the unit safe and stable long-period operation and create the economic benefits of about 20.236 8 million yuan annual.

Abstract:The paper introduced the risk of the construction work in high place pipe gallery of chemical equipment,and identified the hazard factors,and then formulated the prevention measures;Combined with the cases that revalving work in high place pipe of hydrocarbon,to identify the hazard factors of the construction work in high place,and then formulated the corresponding prevention measures according to the results of the identification.Working personnel and related management personnel should be involved in risk identification during high place pipe gallery working,and should formulate targeted prevention measures and implement,which could reduce the risk of such assignment to acceptable levels.
