My School

江苏省赣榆县罗阳中学七（5）班 吴甜甜

My school is very beautiful.There are lots of beautiful flowers and trees in my school but①it is always clean and tidy.

There is a big playground in my school.We have P.E.classes on the playground and we often do sports there.Our teaching building has five floors.My classroom is on the fifth floor.It is big and clean.The computer rooms are on the third floor.There is a big library on the second floor.There are many books in the library.I often read books there.There are some music rooms and art rooms in the teaching building，too.The teachers in our school are very kind.The students are very polite and clever.

I love my school，because it’s my the②second home.

小作者首先向我们介绍了她所在学校的整体环境，然后又介绍了操场及教学楼的分布情况，最后点明学校是自己另一个家。文章用词得当，条理清晰，是一篇优秀的学生习作。

2.需要修改的地方：

①but改为and。由上下文可知，前后是并列关系；

②the去掉。序数词前有形容词性物主代词修饰时，不要加定冠词the。

3.评分：

按江苏省连云港市中考英语作文满分20分的评分标准，本文修改前可得18分。
