Apr. 15， 2016 （China Daily） -- Nipsea Group held a completion ceremony for its third Vietnam-based plant， Nippon Paint Vinh Phuc （NPVP）， in Ba Thien II Industrial Zone， Vinh Phuc Province. The plant will produce both industrial-use paint for automobiles， motorcycles， marine coatings， resin and decorative paint. With Nipsea Group expanding investment in Asia， Nippon Paint China is increasingly enlarging its paint markets. Making efforts to become the top brand of base material and auxiliary material in the building industry， Nippon Paint China has a complete set of facilities， including paint manufacturing plants and powder material plants， which are located in 15 cities all over the country.
