Su， 47 -year-old， has over 30 years of experience in serving the national security and public security systems.

The outside world is generally believed that the new Vice Minister of State Security who has over 30 years of experience in serving the national security and public security system is the successor of the former deputy minister Ma Jian.

According to public information， Su was born in January 1960， Zhejiang Shengzhou.

He used to be worked for local public security， national security system in Shanghai， Hainan and Ningxia for a long time.

In 1980， after the end of the study at Shang- hai Public Security Academy， Su became a policeman， and after four years， he joined the Shanghai State Security Bureau.He served as deputy director of the Office of Changning Branch Secretary and was promoted to assistant director in 1996 .

Three years later， Su transferred to Hainan as the National Security Department deputy director. Then transferred to Ningxia autonomous region served as Deputy Secretary-General and the National Security Bureau Director and other staff.

In 2007， 47 -year-old Su became vice provincial officials and served as the Autonomous Region Party Committee. In 2013， he was transferred to

the Ministry of State Security .
