四例基于1,4-双(3-/4-吡啶基)-2,3-二氮杂-1,3-丁二烯的配位聚合物的组装和性质:金属离子对结构的影响

通过水热合成法,合成了4例由混合配体构筑的的过渡金属配位聚合物:{[Zn(4-bpdb)(pnba)2]·4H2O}n(1), [Cd(4-bpdb)(pnba)2]n(2), {[Cd2(3-bpdb)2(OAc)4]·5H2O}n(3), 和{[Co(3-bpdb)(pnba)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n(4) (4-bpdb=1,4-双(4-吡啶基)-2,3-二氮杂-1,3-丁二烯,3-bpdb=1,4-双(3-吡啶基)-2,3-二氮杂-1,3-丁二烯,Hpnba=对硝基苯甲酸,HOAc=乙酸),并且分别用X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱、热差分析、X-射线粉末衍射表征了这4个配合物。晶体结构分析表明,配合物1显示出一维锯齿形链状结构,金属锌(Ⅱ)离子具有稍微变形的四面体配位几何构型。而配合物2和3却展现出一维梯状双链结构,镉(Ⅱ)离子展现出五角双锥几何构型。而配合物4却拥有一维直线型链状结构,其中钴(Ⅱ)离子拥有八面体几何形状。上述结果说明,金属离子的几何构型可能对配合物的结构具有重要的影响。此外,还研究了配合物1~3的荧光性质。

活性炭/LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4电容器性能及活性炭负极的劣化分析

摘要:为提高电化学电容器的工作电压,采用电池材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LNMO)为正极,活性炭为负极,组装成混合型电容器并探索了提高其性能的最佳条件。负/正极质量比增加、充放电截止电压的升高均能显著提高电容器的放电容量和能量密度,在负/正质量比为4,电压0~3 V,电流密度1×10-3A/cm2的条件,700次循环后容量保持率达97.5%。运用三电极体系、电化学阻抗谱等测试手段对此负极活性炭的劣化及其对电容器性能的影响进行了深入探索。

Hyaluronic acid-gadolinium complex nanospheres as lymphatic systemspecific contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging

Abstract:A novel MRI contrast agent, hyaluronic acid gadolinium complex (HA-Gd-DTPA) nanospheres, is prepared by the synthesis of hyaluronic acid gadolinium complexes and their assembly. The physicochemical properties are characterized, and the lymphatic targeting in vitro and in vivo are also evaluated. The results show that the HA-Gd-DTPA nanospheres with suitable and stable physicochemical properties could be used for in vivo lymphatic targeting studies. Furthermore, the HA-Gd-DTPA nanospheres have obviously higher relaxation efficiency and MRI contrast between blood vessel and lymph vessel in rabbit than that of Magnevist. Thus, the novel MRI contrast agent can be taken up selectively by lymphatic system and used as a potential MRI contrast agents in lymphatic system.

Sierpiński-triangle fractal crystals with theC3vpoint group

Abstract:Self-similar fractals are of importance in both science and engineering. Metal-organic Sierpiński triangles are particularly attractive for applications in gas separation, catalysis and sensing. Such fractals are constructed in this study by using 120° V-shaped 4,4"-dicyano-1,1': 3',1"-terphenyl molecules and Fe atoms on Au(1 1 1), and studied in detail by low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy. Density functional theory calculations are employed to rationalize the invisible Fe atoms in STM images. Monte Carlo simulations are performed to understand the formation mechanism of the surface-supported fractal crystals.

Effects of PEG molecular weight on its interaction with albumin

The fluorescence property of bovine serum albumin was investigated in the presence of PEGs of different molecular weights. Based on our results, we propose that PEGs of different molecular weights bind to albumin in the pH7.4 aqueous solution, but only when the polymer size is larger than the protein size, one polymer chain may bind to multiple proteins and cause the proteins to aggregate.
