张念武中学英语高级教师，现任赣榆县塔山中学副校长。任教以来先后被评为江苏省中考优秀指导教师，江苏省课程改革实验工作先进个人，连云港市优秀教育园丁，连云港市学科带头人，连云港市教学先进个人，连云港市教科研先进个人，赣榆县名师。2012年获得连云港市英语教师基本功大赛一等奖。辅导学生多次获国家级英语能力竞赛一等奖，被评为优秀指导教师。主持江苏省、连云港市规划课题各一项，并结题。2009年被江苏省教育厅公派赴英国培训8周。

Dear teachers and classmates, good morning! Its an honor for me to give a speech in this class. Three years ①have passed since we met here. Thinking of the past three years, I have a lot to say.

I want to say thank you! I have learned a lot from all of you. You have helped me so much. I wouldnt have made progress without you. I hope all of you, my teachers and classmates, can live a happy life in the future.

Now I will talk about my dream. I want to be a musician when I grow up. I know it is hard for me, but I will try my best. As the saying says: where there is a will, there is a way.

In a word, the past three years has been ②filled of wonderful memories for me. Good wishes to all of you!
