The 3rd ICIM’2014 aims to offer a meeting opportunity for researchers，students，and industry-related researchers from around the world to present recent results and discuss the latest advances and new trends in the theory and application of Intelligent Machines with both efficient and flexible behaviour.

he topics of interest include，but are not limited to:

computational intelligence;

intelligent hybrid systems;

documents analysis and recognition;

intelligent multimedia data analysis and processing;

cognition and robotic systems;

Submissions should be up to 6 pages，in double column IEEE proceeding format.Submitted papers will be doubleblind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of novelty，relevance，and technical quality.

Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing(A＆I)databases.
