The 8th IEEE International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing will take place in the enchanting Funchal，centre of Portugal＇s Madeira，a venue chosen to enhance interaction between participants，as well as give the event an appropriate setting.

WISP 2013 aims to bring together scientists，researchers，and engineers to present the latest achievements and innovations related to intelligent signal processing in complex，embedded，and real time systems.
