ENZO CAPE DIAMOND debuted at Shanghai Jiu Guang Department Store on December 18. Models from South Africa and Brazil displayed ENZO CAPE DIAMOND at the releasing ceremony for invited clients and special guest, Leon Jay Williams, a Singapore-born movie star.

ENZO, a high-end colored gemstone jewelry brand owned by NASDAQ-listed LJ International Inc., continues to implement initiatives aimed at making itself one of the largest foreign jewelry retailers in China. As part of these initiatives, the company is launching various jewelry brands that cater to the needs of various segments of the market and is expanding across the country.

ENZO has committed itself to introducing world-class diamonds to China, said Vicky Chan, Vice President of Marketing for Lorenzo Jewelry Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of LJ International Inc.

“By cooperating with mines in South Africa, ENZO is able to fulfill its marketing strategy of mine to market, launching the ENZO CAPE DIAMOND luxury brand,” Chan said.

As we all know, South Africa is renowned for its cape diamond featuring a slight-to-pronounced yellowish cast. “Cape” has been a color classification since at least the turn of the century.
