China World Hotel, Beijing opens The Sweet Spot, a brand new eat-in or takeaway deli.Opening in February 2012, this new shop,created by Hong Kong-based interior design firm LRf Design Ltd., rests on a fresh and contemporary concept and offers Beijing a new destination for food and beverage lovers.

The Sweet Spot is a combination of a modern gourmet shop with state-of-the-art refrigerated displays and baking equipment and a rustically European-style pastry and bakery shop displaying an abundance of delicacies.Natural colors, dark wood, marble and a sophisticated lighting design create a contemporary yet warm and inviting ambience.

The Sweet Spot is strategically located at China World Mall, the largest and most luxurious shopping complex in Beijing, offering healthy and natural eat-in or takeaway dining featuring:

● Creatively designed celebration cakes;

● Freshly baked bread and bakery items,baked in view of patrons;

● Fresh cakes and pastries, including signature cupcakes;

● Freshly made sandwiches, baguettes,panini, wraps and salads;

● Belgian chocolates with innovative shapes; and

● Beverages ranging from traditional tea and coffee to innovative drinks such as bubble tea, favored hot milk and hot chocolate.

As a natural expansion of China World Hotel, Beijing’s existing cutting-edge technology infrastructure, The Sweet Spot offers complimentary Wifi Internet connectivity to all its patrons who choose to eat in.

In addition, The Sweet Spot adds QR codes (Quick Response code) to signature products, which will take customers to a mobile video website that gives rich product information. This is one of the latest in a series of savvy moves made by China World Hotel, Beijing to pioneer the integration of social networks and mobile marketing.

The Sweet Spot is located at EB118,Basement 1, China World Mall Zone 1 and opens from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily with a total seating capacity of 24.
