Shredded Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

half chicken

1/2 cup shredded ginger

Seasoning:

1 tbsp. cooking wine

3 tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tbsp. sugar

Method:

1 Cut the chicken into chunks, and blanch. Clean the chunks and set aside.

2 Stir-fry shredded ginger in 3 tbsp. oil; add chicken and soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar.

3 Keep frying until the chicken is half done. Turn to low heat and stew for about 20 minutes. Serve.
