China official and experts urge government to launch buffer fund for stock market

Former Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commis-sion Zhou Zhengqing openly suggested thrice in ten days that the country should launch a buffer fund to correct what he calledthe irrational fluctua-tion of the domestic stock market.
