China Power investment Corp. to invest RMB 2.8 bin in wind power plant

China Power Investment Corporation,one of the country's five power giants, saidon August 29 it was investing RMB 2.8 bil-lion (US$410 million) in building a wind power plant, the largest of its kind in the northeastern Liaoning Province.
