A downward "turning point"
In economics, peak value and valleyvalue of economic growth rates are called"turning points." When judging whetherthere is a "turning point," two circumstancesmust be excluded: normal fluctuations ofeconomic growth, and sharp rises and falls. When economic growth drops gradually, wecan judge that there is a downward "turn-ing point." In recent years, the argument hasnever stopped in academic circles whetherthere will be a "turning point" for theChinese economy.
